By accessing or using the ReservationFly.com website ("Site") or by calling our phone services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReservationFly ("we", "us", "our").

2. About ReservationFly

ReservationFly is an independent travel agency based in the United States. We are NOT an airline. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, owned by, or representatives of any airline carrier.

We provide consultation, research, and booking assistance services for flights offered by various airlines. Any reservations made through our services are governed by the policies, fare rules, and conditions of carriage of the operating airline, not by us.

3. Services Provided

ReservationFly offers the following services by phone:

• Research and comparison of available flights across multiple airlines.
• Booking assistance for new flight reservations.
• Assistance with itinerary changes, including date changes and route modifications, subject to airline policies and fare rules.
• Guidance on understanding airline fare rules and cancellation policies.
• General trip planning consultation.

We do not operate flights, issue tickets independently, or have any direct control over airline operations, schedules, or pricing.

4. Service Fees & Pricing

4.1 Phone Consultation

Speaking with our agents by phone is free. There is no consultation fee.

4.2 Service Fees

If you choose to authorize a booking or itinerary change through us, a service fee may apply. The service fee is in addition to any fees imposed by the airline (e.g., ticket fare, change fees, cancellation fees, baggage fees).

4.3 Airline Fees

Airline ticket prices, change fees, and other charges are set by the airline. We pass these through at face value. We do not control airline pricing.

4.4 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of booking through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. By authorizing payment, you agree to the total amount disclosed.

5. Bookings & Reservations

When you authorize a booking:

• You confirm that all passenger information provided (names, dates of birth, contact details) is accurate.
• You authorize us to process the booking with the relevant airline on your behalf.
• You agree to the airline's fare rules, conditions of carriage, baggage policies, and cancellation policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, travel documents, and visas for your trip.
• You acknowledge that itineraries are subject to airline confirmation and may be subject to schedule changes by the airline.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends entirely on:

• The airline's fare rules for your specific ticket.
• The fare class purchased (refundable vs. non-refundable).
• The time of cancellation relative to your travel date.

6.1 Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please call us at (888) 527-0409. Our agents will review the applicable fare rules and explain your options before processing any cancellation.

6.2 Service Fees

Our service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been processed, as they cover the work already performed. However, we will work with you in good faith to address concerns.

6.3 Airline Refunds

Refunds for the airline ticket portion are subject to the airline's policy and may take 7-30 business days to be processed by the airline. We are not responsible for delays in airline-processed refunds.

7. Airline Trademarks & Disclaimers

All airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this Site or in our communications are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the airline carriers whose flights we may assist customers in booking.

Use of any airline name does not imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or representation of that airline by ReservationFly. We are an independent agency.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• To use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not to use the Site or services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair them.
• To verify all booking details (passenger names, dates, destinations) before authorizing payment.
• To comply with all applicable laws and airline policies.
• To be at least 18 years of age, or to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ReservationFly is not liable for actions, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or service quality issues caused by airlines or other third parties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or travel disruptions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReservationFly, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Inaccurate information you provided to us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
